Activating your new ConnectMyHealth account is a one-time requirement, and you can choose your preferred method for completing your authentication at each login (known as Multi-Factor Authentication). Your options include:
Whichever method you choose to complete MFA at each login can be changed later if needed.
When activating your account, use the username and temporary password provided in the Account Activation email sent to you by the ConnectMyHealth Program Office. The temporary password is only valid for ten (10) days, and is case-sensitive, so when prompted, enter it exactly as it is provided to you in the Account Activation email. Then select your Authentication Method when prompted.
If you choose to use an authenticator app, there are Account Activation Guides below to assist with setting up your authenticator for the first time. Select the correct Guide from below according to what devices you have available to activate your account with. If you have two devices, (e.g., a computer or tablet, and a mobile phone), it's recommended you use those for your account activation. Two devices are not required, but can make the one-time process simpler. You will be required to download an authenticator app, if you don’t already have one. You may wish to download this BEFORE you start your account activation. You only need to download an authenticator app once, on one device you will have with you when accessing ConnectMyHealth from the web in the future. There is no cost to download an authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator, or Twilio Authy), and use of either of these two authenticator apps for ConnectMyHealth account activation will be free. Recommended apps based on the device type(s) available to you are identified in the Account Activation Guides available below.
