July 29, 2025 | System Enhancement | Proxy Access for ConnectMyHealth is now available. See the Proxy Access Information page for complete details.


May 8, 2025 | Updated Data Source |  Data from Bluewater Health (from November 3, 2024 onwards) is now available in ConnectMyHealth. 


March 4, 2025 | Updated Data Source |  In addition to data generated prior to November 8, 2024, more current data (November 9, 2024 and onwards) from Niagara Health and Hotel Dieu Shaver Health & Rehabilitation Centre, is now available in ConnectMyHealth. 


February 27, 2025 | System Enhancement | Record Sharing using ConnectMyHealth is now available. Share your health records as you see fit with other ConnectMyHealth users, such as your family and caregivers. See the "Record Sharing" menu option to take advantage of this new functionality.


August 16, 2024 | System Enhancement | Menu navigation improvements made to ensure a seamless user experience across all devices when navigating the portal.  You will no longer see icons when using ConnectMyHealth on a mobile device but rather a menu of options similar to the desktop experience.


January 9, 2024 | System Enhancement | Two ways to complete Multi-Factor Authentication available to ConnectMyHealth Users: code from an authenticator app, and now SMS text-based code to a mobile phone!


December 6, 2023 | New Data Source |  Data from the following hospital can now be viewed in ConnectMyHealth: Joseph Brant Hospital  


September 14, 2023 | New Data Sources |  Data from the following hospitals can now be viewed in ConnectMyHealth: Guelph General Hospital, North Wellington Healthcare and Groves Community Memorial Hospital
